LOS ANGELES WILDFIRE MUSICAL INSTRUMENT DRIVE

The Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation is hosting an instrument drive to support the rebuild of school music programs as well as students who lost their personal instrument due to the Los Angeles wildfires.

We’re asking the public to donate gently used, playable instruments in good condition.

Serving schools and students directly impacted by the fires is our top priority. Any remaining instruments will be donated to other schools within the Los Angeles Unified School District that primarily serve economically disadvantaged students.

For many young musicians, their instrument was more than just a tool—it was a source of comfort, joy, and self-expression. Together, we can help students and communities heal and move forward through the power of music.
